Main responsibilities:

* Leadership andprofessionaldevelopmentoftheFinance & Controllingfunction in Italy, France andSpain

* Actively further develop accounting, financial planning & analysis, cash management and tax processes, structures and IT- tools to a state of the art finance & controlling system

* Ensure compliance withallrelevantlegalandregulatoryrequirements

* Coordinate and collaborate effectivelyandefficientlywithexternalpartners, suchasauditors, layersandotherexternalpartners

* Ensuretimelyandreliablemonthly/ quarterly/annualfinancialclosing

* Support in thedevelopmentandimplementtheregionalfinancialstrategy

* Assist in thevaluegenerationofthe business, forexampleidentifycostandcashsavingopportunities, assist in growthprojects, be creative in drivingautomationandsuperior business insights

* Pursue risk management in line with group requirements

Competenze ed esperienza
Key skills:

* Degree (Bachelor, Master or Diploma) in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalentqualification

* SeveralyearsofexperienceasHeadofFinance or HeadofControlling in a nationalcontextwithinaninternationalcompany. AmbitiontofurtherdeveloptoCFO

* Excellentcommunicationand leadership skills

* Motivatingpersonalitywithbothassertivenessandsensitivitytotheneedsofthecompany or teams in thedifferentcountries

* Highlevelofenergyandentrepreneurialmindsetaswellascreativityandinnovation

* Excellent English language skills (oral and written)
