Functie
As Internal Auditor you will initially work closely together with, and will receive training on the job from the Internal Audit Manager. Due to the nature of the job it is required to reside in a European country (the UK is also acceptable). Work from home is a possibility.
As an Internal Auditor you will work to an audit program that assesses the Standard Practice Instructions (SPI) framework within the European businesses. You will perform internal audits to test profit centre's compliance against the SPI framework and common Vink practices.
From time to time you may receive non-audit assignments (e.g. research or consulting to the business), which will be dependent on the skill set that you possess.

- Performs audits and/or assessments within all European profit centres in order to validate their 'practice instructions' and investigate potential operational and business risks
- Reports about the status of the SPI framework for all European profit centres and about the outcome of the audits for every single profit centre in Europe
- Performs audits on (documented) automated business processes in order to create and maintain a standardized automated business process amongst the European businesses
- Evaluates and maintains standard automated business process descriptions and shares them with the European businesses
- Provides ad hoc advice, guidance and training to managers and staff at all levels, concerning SPI's and related topics.
Profiel
- The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in the areas of law and / or internal auditing.
- University or Bachelor degree, preferably in the fields of business sciences, commerce or law.
- Excellent English and at least one additional (primary) European language skill, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in Microsoft AX or any other high end ERP solution is an advantage (not essential)
- Besides relevant knowledge and experience, the ideal candidate has a decisive and independent personality
- Willing and able to travel when necessary, initially 40% but eventually up to 50% of your time
- Ability to project manage an audit assignment end to end
- Experience with and understanding of business processing
- Strong administration skills and flexibility with regard to working arrangements
- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver against deadlines
- High level of self-discipline and personal ethics.
