Job Description

This Financial Analyst position, reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance, will be a key member of the StreamLabs, and Global Risk, Analytics, and Digital teams. This candidate will interact with a diverse group of internal personnel including divisional leadership, other corporate colleagues (finance, accounts payable, treasury, and legal), as well as various Chubb vendors.

Essential Functions:
  • Direct support of Global Digital Businesses day-to-day business operations including:
  • All aspects of invoice processing, tracking, and reporting of payments related to:
  • Global Risk
  • Analytics
  • Program Support
  • North America Digital Businesses
  • StreamLabs
  • Support and provide StreamLabs accounting consultants with weekly financials to ensure accurate close of month-end results.
  • Update and maintain StreamLabs contractor tracking with all appropriate details required.
  • Manage and support new or renewal contracts in co-ordination with legal.
  • Communicate effectively and work closely with accounts payables and treasury to ensure vendor payments are processed in a timely manner.
  • Communicate and escalate open items as required to ensure prompt and accurate resolutions.
  • Work on multiple projects in support of departmental goals.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to introduce process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Various ad hoc requests as required from internal and external business partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance.
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping, and accounting skills.
  • Experience in accounts payable and/or contract management is a plus.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, including being able to create, format and manage spreadsheets as required.
  • Demonstrated success in time management, communication (both verbal & written), and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and committed to quality and accuracy.
