Senior Financial Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a "Senior Financial Analyst" for a Geneva-based firm specializing in advising clients on the selection, structuring, and management of tailored asset and liability solutions. The role requires expertise in capital markets, derivatives, and financial reporting for UHNW clients.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage UHNW clients' investment structures, acting as a trusted financial advisor on asset and liability management.
• Deliver comprehensive and insightful reports on clients' financial performance and portfolio management.
• Lead the execution of financial transactions, including debt and equity market operations.
• Analyze and advise on complex financial instruments such as derivatives, interest rate products, and market trends.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to implement effective strategies and solutions tailored to individual needs.

Profile :

• Strong communicator with a proactive, innovative, and results-driven approach.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline (Bachelor's or Master's).
• 5-7 years of relevant experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven expertise in structuring and executing transactions in capital markets (debt and equity).
• Solid understanding of financial instruments and macroeconomic trends, with a particular focus on market volatility.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple responsibilities effectively, and maintain an organized and detail-oriented mindset.
