GRC/IRM Business Analyst

As a ServiceNow GRC/IRM Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements in support of multiple risk management programs.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand and document their business needs, processes, and workflows

Responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing ServiceNow IRM processes and workflows

Work with clients to identify target use cases for automation

Create very high quality detailed user stories that translate business needs into technical details for the development team

Create thorough documentation, training material, test scripts to support implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM Solution

Stay current with ServiceNow IRM latest features and capabilities

Qualifications:

>5 years of experience as a Business Analyst to delivery ServiceNow solutions

Experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules

Proficiency in business requirements gathering, analysis, process modeling, and documentation.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation skills.

BS Computer Science or related
