Finance Manager

Our client, a thriving organisation who are witnessing year on year growth is seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager. This is a pivotal role that will shape the financial direction of the organisation alongside the smooth running of the day to day financial activity.

Salary: £40K - £50K per annum

Location: Horsham, West Sussex

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands on approach to day to day financial activity, including month end and reconciliations
• Budget and forecasting
• Overseeing credit control and debt collection
• Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparation of monthly management accounts

Skills and experience:

• Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Systems Proficiency: Experience with financial software
• Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
