d) Reporting of Interested Parties Transactions & Related Parties Transactions
e) Operational Risk /Internal Control Assessments
6) Performance of Division/Department initiatives/task that may be assigned from time to time.

- Degree holder with more than 8 years of experience in related area - functional/business management and/or internal control & operational risk exposure with Financial Institutions.
- Highly organised, ability to manage priorities well, can adapt quickly to changing demands and embrace ambiguity, acute attention to details; exhibit high EQ.
- Personable with strong communication and engagement skills.
- Meticulous/Detail-oriented.
- Strong team player.
