Description
Our client, a rapidly growing and innovative Healthcare company, is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Financial Reporting to join their team.
Responsibilities of this position will include:
- Overseeing preparation of quarterly/annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements
- Handling various aspects of SEC reporting, including the preparation and filing of 10-Q, 10-K, earnings releases
- Serving as an in-house expert in technical accounting, providing guidance across the company
- Collaborating with the accounting team to manage financial consolidation from various entities
- Analyzing financial statement fluctuations and providing insights regarding key business drivers and trends
- Coordinating with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
- Identifying and implementing process improvements in financial reporting and accounting
- Managing ad hoc projects as necessary

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- CPA highly preferred
- 8+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Healthcare industry experience a plus
