The AIS Fund Administrator, Senior Associate interacts with all levels of personnel and occasionally interacts with clients or client contacts. Senior Fund Administrators handle the day-to-day accounting and related administration for one or more client sponsored Private Equity Partnership investment funds.

What you will be responsible for
  • This role will partner closely with Client Service, Global Delivery and large Broker/Dealers to facilitate proper settlement of ETF in-kind transactions globally.
  • The day to day responsibilities for this role will include, but not limited to the oversight of ETF order placement, order settlement, collateral management, P&L actual cost calculation, responding to broker requests and/or questions, resolving failed trades across 43 North American ETF clients, and growing.
  • Day to day environment is deadline driven, fast paced with a strong emphasis on risk mitigation.
  • Displays a positive, can do attitude with the ability to multitask
  • Strong background in custody across domestic and international equities and fixed income
  • Comfortable speaking with internal and external clients
  • Ability to prioritize and oversee multiple tasks in a very fast- paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to identify areas of risk and work successfully to eliminate these areas with implementation of proper processes and controls, fully documented
  • Proactive mindset, looking for ways to improve current operations/processes without being asked/directed
  • Transfer Agency experience a plus.
  • Familiarity or experience in BUAT Testing
  • Experience and understanding of Exchange Traded Funds from a custody perspective a plus.
  • Knowledge of ETF order settlement for CNS and non-CNS funds a plus

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and to work efficiently to meet client deliverables.
  • Candidates must demonstrate initiative, be able to perform well under time constraints, and prioritize multiple assignments
  • Experience with Investran is a plus but not required
  • Experience with investment/Portfolio accounting platforms
  • Experience with Fixed-Income Securities

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidates must have a college degree in business, mathematics, finance or economics preferred, accounting concentration is a plus
  • 2-4 years of previous financial services experience

Salary Range:
$52,000 - $75,400 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
