Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting a Senior Account Executive/ Deputy Manager- Financial Services and Professions Group to join our team in Ho Chi Minh.

What The Day Will Look Like:
  • Meet/discuss with clients to understand client's business nature
  • As a risk adviser, advise clients on the sorts of risks to which their firm is exposed.
  • Identify, design, and present suitable solutions that help mitigate the risks for the client.
  • Consult with stakeholders to complete the solution and give reports to clients
  • Provide timely assistance to client's needs including but not limited to insurance program and claim settlement during their insurance period
  • Continuously self-teach and participate in internal training programs to gain new knowledge on emerging risks (Cyber risk, M&A risk) to better advise clients.
  • Accountable for carrying out the in-country FSPG growth plan, with an emphasis on sales and growth
  • Engage in brainstorming sessions and team discussions to identify valuable clients, the biggest opportunities, and foster positive client relationships in order to improve sales and enhance client retention
  • Accurate and timely input of leads and pipelines in required internal platform
  • Reviewing all out-going client documents including but not limited to renewal contracts, client workshop communications/decks

Skills and experience that will lead to success.
  • University graduates, major in Finance/Economics/Insurance/Banking/Business
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance/Banking/Finance/Account Management/Client Management/Big 4/Project Management roles, confident in leading your own portfolio
  • Study Abroad is an advantage
  • Excellent in client relationship management and/or project management
  • Strong interpersonal skills - effective communication across organizational levels, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence
  • Fluency in written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English (working with colleagues across APAC)
  • Devoted to details, motivated to achieve goals, possesses strong business knowledge, and can build trust while communicating with top-level executives
  • Sharp analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstration of self-discipline and organization
  • Proficient with MS systems such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
