Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate on the financial management of international operations, encompassing the expansion of banking partnerships in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, strategic international tax planning, tax structure design, risk management, and compliance with tax filings.

2. Maintain a deep understanding of global tax regulations, particularly those pertinent to Hong Kong, Singapore, and Southeast Asian nations, and align these with the company's strategic business objectives to formulate corporate tax strategies.

3. Stay abreast of the financial technology sector to support the international growth of the business, including the analysis of business models and the establishment of the company's transaction frameworks.

4. Keep abreast of tax policy changes in key markets where the company operates, assess potential risks, and offer insightful tax advisory services.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher is required, with a minimum of 5 years in finance and at least 2 years of international finance experience. Candidates with tax accounting, CPA, or ACCA certifications are highly desirable.

2. Prior experience in financial operations or financial integration within international business, particularly in the internet sector, is preferred.

3. Demonstrated proficiency in tax management and the ability to coordinate complex tax matters, with a preference for candidates with hands-on experience.

4. A global outlook, the ability to leverage resources, strong interpersonal and coordination skills, and the capacity to build and maintain external relationships are essential.

5. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required, with fluency in Cantonese being an advantage.
