Major Duties:
- Perform monthly/quarterly/annual process as part of the company-wide reporting cycle, which involves but not limited to annual planning, forecasting, monthly P&L variance analysis, and production and preparation of various reports and presentations to management relative to prior year, prior month, and/or Plan focusing on key business factors driving financial performance.
- Perform various routine and increasingly complex management reporting duties. Proactively initiate and perform deep dive and root cause analysis to identify potential core issues in managing deliverables of the team.
- Work closely with Facilities Management and onshore Workplace Services team in analyzing monthly transactions affecting leases, facilities operating expenses and capital projects.
- Liaising closely with Corporate Accounting Team on month-end and year-end reconciliations for leases, facilities costs and capital expenditures.
- Perform r esearch and resolve finance and reporting issues with the onshore Functional Managers.
- Expected to initiate process improvement initiatives as necessary. Work with various partners and stakeholders on cross-functional processes or projects, providing analytical and procedural expertise.
- Actively participate in special projects and ad-hoc requests.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required to evaluate financial results.
- Broad financial and accounting knowledge and business acumen acquired through a 4-year degree program and related work experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to present relevant information to management.
- Proficiency with Office 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneDrive, and Teams, to efficiently perform analyses and communicate financial information to various stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable in PeopleSoft, HFM, TM1/Cognos, and other similar systems used in financial reporting, planning and analysis.
- Experience with business intelligence analytical tools required to interpret data, perform analyses and communicate financial information to various constituents. Knowledge and experience in Power BI reporting is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, highly flexible and adaptable to change, and proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines8.
- Ability to work effectively and build relationships in a geographically-blended environment (North America and Manila, primarily)
- Team Player, Highly flexible and adaptable to change
- CPA is a plus but not required. 3-6 years of relevant experience in Leases, CAPEX, project accounting and reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, and other functional areas which may cover General Accounting, Financial, Management & Statutory Reporting and other Accounting and Finance-related areas.
- Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry is a plus.
