In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring an efficient workflow management, streamlined invoice processing and communication with law firm billing administrators. As a Platform Support Administrator, you will also support in the efficiency of our legal and governance processes contributing to the overall team's operational excellence.

Our Group General Counsel's office within Macquarie's Legal and Governance Group is essential in embedding legal operations and supporting the Group General Counsel along with the wider Business Legal Leadership teams. The Group General Counsel's office enhances collaboration among legal teams across operating groups, providing resources and guidance to support their business units effectively.
What you offer

• Previous 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing enterprise-level billing platforms, preferably with background in TeamConnect or other similar service providers involving legal invoicing;
• Organized and high attention to detail;
• Data proficient with ability to produce data, interpret, and translate complex information into actionable insights;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
