GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The main responsibility of this position is to serve as a dedicated Finance Test Lead, supporting user acceptance and migration testing for the Group ERP project.

MAIN DUTIES

Main roles include the following list of duties and responsibilities:

User Acceptance Test:
  • Oversee the planning and execution of user acceptance testing
  • Lead a team of finance tester in test data and test cases preparations
  • Ensure proper documentation of testing activities and test results
  • Track key blocker issues on a timely manner and provide feedback to IT for issue resolution
  • Adopting appropriate testing methodologies to enhance test efficiency
System Migration:
  • Support migration cutover planning
  • Lead a team of finance tester in migration data preparation
  • Ensure proper documentation of migration plan
  • Coordinate and facilitate dress rehearsal and actual cutover activities.
Other duties:
  • Take on the role of a change agent
  • Update communication broadcast and decks
  • Manning the group email distribution list

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
  • 3 years' experience in software testing
  • Numerate and comfortable with working on multiple large datasets
  • Familiar with data migration concepts and activities
  • Good leadership, organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in Oracle ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is highly preferred
Technical Skills
  • JIRA software experience is mandatory
  • Oracle/Teradata/MSSQL/MS Access
  • Hands on experience in any ETL tool

  • Strong analytical skills in identifying issues and coming up with effective solutions.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science or related field
