We're seeking a future team member for the role of M anager to join our Tax Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, hybrid role minimally 3 days in office.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Performs calculations for internal and/or external clients and completes tax reporting or other regulatory filing requirements to ensure compliance with state and national regulations.
  • Reviews work of more junior colleagues and works with clients to plan for the tax and/or regulatory cycle.
  • Coordinates with tax and regulatory authorities.
  • Works with clients and their attorneys and accountants to implement plans for the tax and/or regulatory cycle, including deliverables and deadlines.
  • Validates data and documentation to complete standard filings and flags data inconsistencies for review.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelors degree in a business discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5+ years of total work experience and 2-3 years of management experience preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple groups and locations in a matrixed organization is required.
  • Innovative mindset with process improvement experience required.
  • Tax knowledge, education, and/or experience is preferred.
