The Opportunity

As a successful applicant you will become an integral part of the broader team and will have at least 6 years' experience in a public practice environment. Kelly+Partners is committed to providing learning and development opportunities for all our team, ensuring that you would have the resources and training to support you on this journey.

Position Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
  • Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
  • Mentor and train staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Development and manage client relationships, providing expert advisory service and solutions to add long-term value
  • Lead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
  • Lead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts
  • Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
  • Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events
  • Help provide exceptional service to our clients

About You
  • Minimum of 6-8 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
  • Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar
  • Expertise using accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients
  • Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic
