ROLE DESCRIPTION: There is an opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable applicant to join the Transfer Agency T&I BPA team in India. The prime responsibility of BPA team is to deal with business support, system upgrades and development, change management and major capital projects. This role involves development and support of the key Transfer Agency systems.
The Key Responsibilities of the role include:
1. Provide support for functional and technical queries, ensuring superior client service to the business users.
2. Outage Management - Act as a conduit between TA business & Technology. Provide accurate & timely updates to the end users & raise concerns/impact with Technology.
3. Utilize available subject matter expertise to perform functional reviews of transformational initiatives and on-going BAU change agendas.
4. Replicate issues on demand & execute test cases (manual or automated) and review results for ICON/Multifonds and other Transfer Agency Applications and troubleshoot defects.
5. Collaborate with Vendor, build comprehensive test cases and assist in implementation related to defects & patch fixes.
6. Consistently demonstrates expertise in high profile projects and system upgrades, testing for large and small projects/changes, system changes and upgrades.
7. Review and analyze system specifications, collaborate with project team to develop effective test strategies and plans.
8. Has proven experience working on Agile based change management and understands Agile and scrum methodologies and concepts.
9. Elicit, analyze, outline, and develop requirements for dockets & changes by coordinating with business and technology teams.
10. Serve as a Change Advocate; establish trust within the corresponding business teams; gain enthusiasm within the teams.
11. Work closely with regional functional managers in various processes / projects to ensure communication and smooth implementation.
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
1. Self-starter with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Ability to liaise and translate between technical and non-technical departments.
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
4. Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills
6. Proven experience in preparing MI's.
7. A good understanding of the Transfer Agency application, overall experience of 6 - 8 years.
• 24 months as a Senior Analyst to move as a Technical coordinator/Associate Consultant.
• Movement within TC and Associate Consultant is 12 months
