We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Team Assistant to join our Asset Servicing team. This role is located in Singapore - Hybrid.

We are looking for a proactive and versatile individual to join our Asset Servicing team as an Associate, Team Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with a can-do" attitude who is eager to support and drive business growth by engaging in a wide range of client-related activities and administrative tasks.

This position offers the opportunity to be at the heart of client and business support. You will play a key role in organizing client events, supporting the team with administrative tasks and helping to ensure smooth internal operations.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Manage schedules, arrange assignments, and coordinate meetings for the team.
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of client events and activities.
  • Support client-related administrative tasks, including maintaining and updating client records, preparing reports, and handling communications.
  • Coordinate project-related communications to ensure alignment across global stakeholders.
  • Assist the BD Sales team in planning and tracking client engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to track priorities, escalate issues, and drive actions as necessary.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A flexible, adaptable approach with a willingness to take on various responsibilities as they arise.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a global team, comfortable with ambiguity, and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on contributing to business growth and supporting client-focused initiatives.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administrative, project coordination, or client support roles.
