Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationship with HNW & UHNW family clients.
Identify customers' needs and provide appropriate customized solutions primarily in regard to wealth management issues.
Provide market information, professional advice and high-quality services to clients, encompassing various areas such as legal, trust, tax planning and global residency guidance.
Collaborate with fellow team members to resolve non-financial or corporate advisory issues, thereby establishing yourself as a trusted long-term problem solver for clients.
Formulate and implement business development plans to grow client base and AUM, and drive revenue.
Keeps abreast of international financial market and relevant policies of major countries and regions.
Ensure the conduction of business complies with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline
Minimum 8 years' experience in private bank / securities firm, and at least 8 years working experience in a senior sale position
Qualified for HK SFC regulated activities type 4 or 9
Proven sales track record and stable job histories
Investor mindset and strong interpersonal skills to deal with clients
Superior analytical skills, must be able to think creatively and achieve results in a highly matrixed organization
Systematic action planning and strategic thinking
Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
