Job Purpose Allianz Apprenticeship Programme 2025 Intake Business Functions - Bancassurance

Allianz Apprenticeship programme is a 12-month programme. The objective of this programme is to attract, develop, and retain talented individuals who will become future leaders in the company, while also fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.

What you do

1. Conduct research such as regional productivity benchmarking: Assist in gathering and analyzing data from market to support business development and project needs.
2. Data analysis: Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify consumer trend, market opportunities, and create actionable recommendations.
3. Support in regional training and marketing/ campaign program including driving cross-sell/ up-sell initiatives
4. Power BI reporting
5. Conduct best practice sharing sessions and organising events such as functional workshops, partner visits.

What you bring

1. Recent (up to two years from graduation) diploma graduate from a Polytechnic in Singapore in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
2. Basic knowledge or work experience in banking on financial products and services would be an advantage
3. Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges, and flexibility to work on various tasks as required.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
