AP Executive

We are partnering with a client who is an international MNC and they are looking for a Account Payable Executive to join their team

Budget up to $5,500/month

Principal Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Efficiently process invoices using Oracle Cloud, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, including the firm's external manager invoicing process.
• Accounting Compliance: Ensure GL accounts, VAT and segments are coded correctly and comply with established procedures. Ensure the procure-to-pay process meets local documentation requirements, especially in Japan, India, mainland China, Taiwan, and Korea.
• Analytical review: Conduct monthly analytical reviews comparing external manager budgets vs. actual spending. Perform general expense analytical reviews and queries for the APAC region.
• Process Improvement: Proactively seek and implement improvements to the accounts payable processes and procedures, enhancing overall efficiency.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors to facilitate smooth operations

Qualifications/Skills Required

• 2 -4 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in oral and written English
• Bachelor's degree/college/Diploma in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience working in a multinational corporation is preferred
