GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Treasury Management Analyst Supervisor manages the day-to-day Treasury Management Analyst including scheduling, supervising, and monitoring employees by implementing and ensuring adherence to policy and procedures. This position supports the Treasury Management Analyst by preparing comparative analysis and coordinating with the appropriate implementation team. The Treasury Management Analyst Supervisor works with the Wire Manager on personal issues, projects/ daily task. The Treasury Management Supervisor works with the E Banking Product Specialist Team / Management on conversions and acquisitions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepares comparative analysis (pro formas) for existing and prospective customers for review by the Treasury Management Advisor. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.
2. Reviews documentation (applications, contracts, account analysis) to input applicable data fields in the account analysis system to support the implementation of services sold. This duty is performed daily, about 15% of the time.
3. Researches new customers prior to implementation as part of the risk calculation process. This duty is performed daily, about 15% of the time.
4. Collaborates with Treasury Management Analysts to determine ongoing risk assessment processes and prepare approval documentation. This duty is performed daily, about 15% of the time.
5. Monitors daily account analysis reports to ensure accuracy within the system for monthly processing. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.
6. Oversees projects and monthly reports as assigned by the Treasury Management Support Manager. This duty is performed monthly, about 10% of the time.
7. Assesses Risk Premium Factor (RPF) documents and makes adjustments accordingly. This duty is performed as needed, about 5% of the time.
8. Cross-trains to provide ongoing support for the treasury management support and implementation teams. This duty is performed as needed, about 5% of the time.
9. Supervises personnel by providing feedback, training, and performance reviews. This duty is performed as needed, about 5% of the time.
10. Reviews employee's time off requests, schedules, and time cards. This duty is performed weekly, about 5% of the time.
11. Monitors workflow and employee assignments. This duty is performed daily, about 5% of the time.
12. Works with the Wire Manager on projects, reports, / daily task. This duty is performed as needed.
13. Works with Management / E Banking Product Specialist Team. This duty is performed as needed.
14. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. This duty is performed daily.
15. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. This duty is performed quarterly.
16. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 3 years related experience and/or training, and 12 to 18 months related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats.
