ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
Support to Tax Department team in all its functions consisting in supporting all the business lines, functions and legal entities of the group in all tax matters, such as:
- tax advice in any tax matter,
- tax support in the reporting to the Tax Authorities,
- internal tax reporting,
- tax advice in the setting up of new products, activities,
- adaptation to new regulation,
- support to foreign entities of the group on Spanish specific tax issues,
- representation before the Tax Authorities,
- management of requirements from any Tax Authorities,
- management of technical tools for the communication with the Tax Authorities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support to Tax Department team in all its functions as above described,
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Law
Degree in Business Administration
SKILLS
Ability to work with tight deadlines
Comprehensive knowledge of regulation on taxes and ability to be updated on legal and tax regulatory changes
Understanding of reporting processes and technical requirements
Notions on how the Spanish Tax Authorities portal works
Ability to move through the Tax Authorities' portals
Advanced user of the more common IT tools (excel, word and powerpoint)
Capacity to learn and participate in all the aspects of the department
