We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Sydney. This is a senior-level role reporting to our Head of Sales, Brand & Marketing.

As a BDM, you will be responsible for managing existing broker relationships and developing new business. Experience in Asset Finance is essential.

Your role:
  • Manage existing broker relationships and increase the overall sales for your State.
  • Acquire new broker firms to increase portfolio size.
  • Build greater awareness of Angle's value proposition in the market.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities with a quick turnaround.
  • Successfully deliver sales targets and strategic KPI's set by business.
  • Collaborate with Sales team to identify and implement innovative go-to-market strategies.

What you bring:
  • Ideally experience in a similar position in the Asset Finance space.
  • Proven success in managing broker relationships and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to work at pace.
  • Customer orientated and a strong relationship builder.
