Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive fund operational support, including trade reconciliation, settlement, reporting, and cash management.
  • Collaborate with third parties, such as prime brokers and fund administrators, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects related to fund launches and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Experienced hires should possess 1-5 years of working experience in top asset management operations or fund administration.
  • Bright fresh graduates with previous internship experience in financial services will also be considered.
  • Solid technical skills in Python is preferred
  • Understanding of hedge funds and trade flows is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
