Senior Manager - Digital Procurement Transformation

The Role:

As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in driving client success through the adoption of cutting-edge digital procurement technologies. Based in London, you will work across a variety of sectors, leading client engagements, managing delivery teams, and supporting business development initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through their transformation journeys with an emphasis on AI-enabled solutions.

This role is ideal for a dynamic and experienced consultant with expertise in procurement transformation and a passion for digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Delivery-

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital procurement transformation projects, ensuring solutions meet client objectives and exceed expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Design and implement digital procurement strategies, emphasising the adoption of AI-powered tools and platforms.
• Provide thought leadership on procurement trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Business Development-

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities across sectors, leveraging your network and market insights.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape the firm's value proposition and tailor solutions to meet evolving client needs.
• Develop compelling proposals, lead client pitches, and secure engagements.

Team Leadership & Development-

• Manage and mentor delivery teams, ensuring a high standard of performance and professional growth.
• Drive a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration of emerging technologies to enhance client outcomes.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building, particularly around AI and digital transformation.

Skills & Experience Required-

• Proven track record in digital procurement transformation, ideally in a consulting or technology-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, digital tools, and the role of AI in enhancing procurement outcomes.
• Demonstrable experience in client engagement, project delivery, and business development.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders confidently.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and fostering professional growth.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and a passion for digital innovation.

Qualifications-

• Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, technology, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., MCIPS, PMP) is desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of digital procurement platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer) is an advantage.
