Job Description
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting financial decision-making and driving business performance.

This role offers the chance to develop your financial expertise while contributing to impactful, cross-functional projects.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with finance, operations, and project teams to assess and analyze financial performance and business cases.
  • Ensuring that financial forecasts and budgets reflect the expected outcomes of key initiatives.
  • Providing financial insights and guidance to help teams make informed decisions and align with overall business goals.
  • Managing and tracking financial projects to ensure cost efficiency and performance optimization.
  • Preparing clear and actionable reports on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Improving financial processes and systems to enhance reporting accuracy and decision-making efficiency.


The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a highly motivated professional with:
  • A Master's degree in economics or finance.
  • Proven experience in the finance domain (experience in Audit and Controlling is a plus)
  • A team-oriented mindset, coupled with agility and resilience in managing priorities.
  • Fluency in Dutch and excellent proficiency in English.
  • Analytical skills and a structured, proactive approach to work.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, with the capacity to assess risks
  • A curious and problem-solving nature, always seeking innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
