We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Tax Reporting team in Global Finance Services. You will gain valuable and practical experience as our team is responsible for the preparation of corporate income tax, indirect tax, employment tax returns, tax provisioning and reconciliation of tax balance sheet accounts, and reporting and analysis of the Group's effective tax rate.
This role involves working closely with various stakeholders in performing detailed reviews as well as ensuring delivery of tax returns and other reporting obligations.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be overseeing regional tax reporting which includes reviewing tax returns, payments, and reconciliations. You will handle internal tax accounting reports and ensure compliance with internal risk policies. You will lead operational meetings with the team leads, strategize on priorities and challenges and support global initiatives and IT system changes to increase efficiency. As a leader, you will be responsible enhancing your team's knowledge and effectiveness whilst managing internal tax policies, procedures, and change management.
What you offer

• CA, CPA (or equivalent) qualification with 14+ years' experience in a finance or tax reporting role.
• Relevant global experience across EMEA in tax accounting and compliance roles, IFRS experience is preferable.
• Strong people management and leadership skills, sound decision-making approach and strong sense of accountability/ownership of key deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an effective liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best outcome for the group.
• Good understanding of data flows, source systems and general ledger.
