Apex is looking for a Senior Manager (Private Debt) to administer a client portfolio, develop and mentor team members, and provide the highest quality of client service. This full-time Senior Manager hybrid role is based in Dublin and offers a generous salary and benefits.

As a Senior Manager, you will work within a specialised services team on all aspects of fund administration to ensure the team and client servicing aspects are run efficiently. You'll supervise and manage all aspects of fund accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial information.

  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of financial statements and investor reports
  • Oversee the process of preparation of quarterly NAV for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry best practices
  • Act as a key point of contact for fund oversight team and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries
  • Continuously evaluate and streamline fund accounting and administration processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Manage all ad-hoc tasks as communicated by the client, ensuring quality

To apply for this Senior Manager (Private Debt) position, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:
  • At least 7 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of alternative investment funds and alternative asset classes (real estate, private equity, or private debt)
  • Be a qualified professional accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or member of any other professional body)
  • Understanding of Fund Accounting Software would be beneficial
