Junior Technical Accountant - Operations Team (Reinsurance Solutions)

Your Role

• Verify the configuration of reinsurance contracts and manage premium invoicing for clients.
• Control, calculate, and book accounts in accordance with reinsurance contracts.
• Input and update accounting, financial, and fiduciary data, as well as manage related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients/ceding companies, and brokers.
• Contribute to the improvement and evolution of processes to ensure higher data quality.
• Develop a thorough understanding of reinsurance contracts and their financial implications.

Your Profile

• Solid foundation in accounting, ideally complemented by experience in the reinsurance or insurance sectors.
• Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Dutch, English, and French (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for organization and attention to detail.
• A proactive listener who is responsive to requests and committed to delivering solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
