クライアントの法人企業および投資構造に対する支払いを調整
クライアントとのクロージングプロセスにおいて,企業および資産に関連するすべての支払い(クロージング支払い,配当など)を調整
東京と上海のSPC会計チームと緊密に連携し,法人および投資会社の会計仕訳を調整
クライアントが選んだ銀行と連携し,口座開設,印鑑,銀行帳簿などの手続きを行う
クライアントの投資チームと協力し,すべての承認手続きを調整し,適切な手順を確保
指名された税務顧問に必要なデータを提供して税務申告プロセスをサポート
子会社と連携し,弊社が指名された受託者およびSPC会計および管理者としての共通のクライアントと調整
地元の日本の物件管理会社と協力し,資本支出および運営費用の支払いを調整

"Key Responsibilities"
• Coordinating all payments for our clients Corporate companies and their investment structures
• Working closely with the client on the closing process, including the all the closing payments, waterfalls, etc for the company and asset
• Working closely with the SPC Accounting teams in Tokyo and Shanghai to coordinate all accounting entries in the Corporate and Investment companies
• Working with the clients chosen banks to open accounts, organize all seals, stamps, bank books, etc
• Working closely with the clients investment teams to coordinate all approvals and ensure that proper procedures are followed
• Supporting the tax filing process with the provision of all data required by the appointed tax advisors
• Working closely with the subsidiary company on mutual clients where our company is the appointed Trustee and SPC Accountant and Administrator
• Coordinating with the local Japanese property management companies to for all capital and operating expense payments
