About the role
As Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch. Historically referred to as Bank Teller, our Customer Service Officers are leading the way with our unique philosophy.
You will be given the training you need to do what you do best - help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, recommend the bank's products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
This position is located at the Community Bank Tugun branch. The role is permanent, part time. The roster is 53 hours per fortnight. Working 4 days, the roster is - Monday 08:45am to 05:00pm, Tuesday 08:45am to 03:00pm, Thursday and Friday 08:45am to 04:30pm.

You will bring:
- Extensive experience in a customer service environment
- Demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results
- An ability to confidently talk to customers face-to-face and over the telephone
- An eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different
- Experience in the banking and finance industry - a plus but certainly not essential
