Your new role
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of services. Your responsibilities include managing documentation, coordinating with various departments, and providing exceptional administrative support. This role is essential to the service team, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and effectively.
Your key responsibilities will include:Provide support and assistance to service customers via phone and email. Log job details and create job orders using internal data management systems. Ensure consistent communication with clients, including the preparation of service quotes, work orders, and invoices. Perform general administrative tasks and data entry. Provide management reports as required. What You'll Need to Succeed: To be successful in this role, you will have experience in similar administrative positions. Demonstrates a strong ability to follow established processes and procedures accurately and consistently. Strong organisational skills. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
