Your new role
This is a newly created role to assist the wider sales team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • First point of contact for clients, responding to incoming enquiries and directing them to internal team members
  • Providing accurate, technical product information and pricing to clients
  • Drive sales success by assisting in the creation of sales quotes and proposals
  • Utilising the CRM database, entering and maintaining client information
  • Working with a collaborative and supportive team, ensuring open, continuous communication between sales representatives and internal teams
  • Streamline operations by processing stock orders and assisting with backorder reporting
  • General adhoc administration tasks as needed.
  • What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous sales, administration or customer service experience is essential
  • Tech-savvy, experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce or similar is highly desirable
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask and manage competing responsibilities
  • Great communication skills, able to build relationships with clients and internal staff members
  • Previous experience in a similar industry or electrical/lighting sales would be highly desirable.
