Department : Banking & Markets Trade and Transaction Reporting Operations

Role : Trade and Transaction Reporting Technical Coordinator

As a Trade and Transaction Reporting Technical Coordinator you will help to shape the strategy and to define, refine, and deliver complete, timely and accurate trade reporting.

You will manage reporting operations for several regulations such as MIFID, EMIR, ASIC and contribute to transaction reporting change initiatives across multiple business lines.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Manage daily BAU operations for transaction reporting and related issue tracking, handle Compliance queries, escalations or dedicated analysis while possessing the ability to support multiple initiatives at the same time.
  • Review daily exceptions, investigate and categorize root causes.
  • Address issue remediation tactically and strategically partnering with front-to-back tech teams.
  • Maintain procedures, continuously improve processes, and control framework.
  • Create or adjust metrics and analytics via Power Bi.
  • Ensures timely and accurate completion of the assigned tasks and assist the team leader in the day to day operations.
Skills/ Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in transaction reporting operations and knowledge of main FX products is essential.
  • Excellent communication and ability to convey complex principles clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with DTCC and data analysis/manipulation in Excel is required.
  • Experience in working with Tech teams to implement reporting solutions or remediate reporting errors.
  • Understanding of transaction reporting BAU activities such as reconciliation, exceptions, back reporting, manual uploads.
  • Basic knowledge of business intelligence tools-Power BI & SQL is appreciated.
