Payments Analyst

Our client a leading custodian bank in Limerick is looking for a Transfer Agency Senior Analyst to join the department responsible for dividend processing and payment, ensuring that all client service standards and regulatory requirements are met together with working with partners in different jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Process dividend distributions on a day-to-day basis within agreed timeframes and deadlines.
• Deliver excellent customer service and consistently meet all service level agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients.

Qualifications/Experience

• Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of cash management, payments, or dividends is essential
• Familiarity with financial services operations.
• Proven experience working effectively within a busy team environment.
• Experience working with multiple currencies.
• Extensive knowledge of collective investment scheme administration and the regulatory environment is highly desirable.
