We have an exciting opportunity to join our Group Treasury RWA Reporting team. Our team is composed of dedicated members responsible for regulatory reporting obligations and aiding in capital management within a strong risk management framework. Joining our team will give you an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and exposure to transformation initiatives, data enhancement, analytics and system optimisation.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will lead a team 12-15 members in India. You will oversee the preparation and review of Regulatory Returns to APRA and ensure compliance with APRA regulations, manage the production of RWAs, test and monitor the end-to-end capital and leverage ratio reporting process. Your role will be crucial in enabling business units to achieve their objectives by supporting Macquarie's transformation efforts, assist senior management with strategic decisions, and engage in regular reporting to stakeholders in Sydney and Gurugram. In addition, you will develop a data governance framework for the Regulatory Capital program and coordinate with other areas involved in the process.

• Exceptional academic background in a financial or quantitative discipline such as actuarial science, economics, engineering, mathematics, or accounting.
• CA, CPA, MBA qualification is preferred with 12+ years of post-graduate experience in the financial services sector.
• Profound knowledge of the Financial/Banking Services industry, products, and Shared Services operating models and extensive experience in Capital Platform & Reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, collaborative, inquisitive; possesses an analytical mindset and outstanding leadership and problem-solving capabilities
• A proven track record of system improvements is highly desirable.
