Duties And Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions using IBM MDM Advanced Edition.
• Oversee the architecture and integration of MDM systems within the Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management domains.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for MDM projects.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for MDM solutions and processes.
• Ensure the scalability and performance of MDM systems to meet business needs.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MDM systems.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in MDM and related technologies.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of MDM solutions.
• Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of MDM processes and methodologies.

Mandatory Skills:

• Possess a strong background in MDM Architecture with hands-on experience in IBM MDM Advanced Edition.
• Demonstrate expertise in the Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management domains.
• Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical challenges.
• Exhibit strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide the development team.
• Show proficiency in technical documentation and communication skills.
• Display a commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices.
• Hold a relevant certification in MDM or related technologies, such as IBM Certified Solution Architect.

Salary Range: >$100,000
