Your new role
As a Personal Banker, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the region by delivering tailored financial solutions to members. Your new role
As a Personal Banker, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the region by delivering tailored financial solutions to members. Your responsibilities will include providing professional advice, exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships.
- You assist in the management of the branch's Consumer Lending portfolio, including Credit Cards and Personal Loans, while identifying and referring Home Lending opportunities to relevant specialists. Additionally, you will oversee New Memberships, Deposit Accounts, General Insurance, and referrals to the Retirement Product Specialist.
- The role also involves engaging in general branch operations, such as processing counter transactions, and working towards achieving performance targets across sales, portfolio growth, compliance, and member satisfaction.
- This is a full-time role, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
