Your new role
As the Finance Manager, you will report to the Group Financial Controller and work closely with business stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing long-term financial strategies, analysing key financial data, preparing management reports, managing budgets, conducting cost analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to drive business transformation projects and act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leaders.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong partnerships across the business. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are also essential. A Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required, and a CA/CPA qualification is preferred.
