Responsibilities of Marketing Executive (Asset Management):
Brand Management
- Oversee brand initiatives for key entities and support cross-brand marketing material production and campaign execution.
Channel Marketing
- Assist in driving business development and product promotions in wholesale and institutional markets across EMEA and the US.
- Collaborate with channel managers to execute advertising, promotions, and campaigns across email, social media, events, and digital platforms.
Event Coordination
- Support bespoke events, conferences, and roadshows by coordinating materials, merchandise, and logistics while ensuring sustainability standards.
- Maintain and manage event schedules aligned with sales and marketing objectives.
Digital Marketing
- Ensure website content is current, relevant, and optimized, suggesting improvements for functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate on email campaigns and manage social media activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
General Marketing Operations
- Manage the production of cost-effective marketing and sales materials, maintaining alignment with strategic goals and regulatory standards.
- Regularly review and update client-facing literature and communications.
- Support third-party distributor marketing activities and keep planners and schedules updated.
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
Administrative Support
- Manage budget tracking, invoice processing, and contribute to activity reports.
- Update and maintain the marketing activity calendar.
