Our client, a leading global bank, is seeking an experienced Europe Project Manager (IRR) to support the implementation of a sustainable regulatory reporting framework across their operations in Poland. The Europe Project Manager (IRR) will play a crucial role in ensuring the correct and consistent implementation of IRR control standards and design requirements across the relevant scope of reporting, in line with Regulatory Reporting & Data Policy requirements.

Position Overview
The Europe Project Manager (IRR) will play a crucial role in ensuring the correct and consistent implementation of IRR control standards and design requirements across the relevant scope of reporting, in line with Regulatory Reporting & Data Policy requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop plans considering delivery approach, milestones, dependencies, and resources
- Monitor and track delivery to drive execution of IRR outcomes
- Resolve critical issues and implement mitigating plans against risks
- Collaborate with various teams for efficient coordination and communication
- Support production of materials for relevant forums and SteerCo
- Provide project support across tasks based on programme needs
- Bring continuous improvement approach and recommend enhancements
- Support target operating model work for sustainable BAU embedding
- Foster a culture of control awareness and best practice
- Strong project management experience and knowledge
- Experience or aptitude in Regulatory Reporting, Process & Controls
- Understanding of Regulators' role and Regulatory Reporting context
- Finance and Regulatory audit background (desirable)
- Problem-solving capability, initiative, and highly collaborative approach
- Track record of delivering change projects efficiently and effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated to make a difference on a complex programme
