KYC Client Administration Officer - BNP Paribas

About the job

• The KYC Client Administration Officer is responsible for registering and ensuring the conformity of KYC (Know Your Client) files for all new as well as existing clients in the database tool

Your Main Activities Are

• Perform registration of KYC files documentation
• Verify, create, update and validate internal identification numbers
• Verify and input of information in the system regarding Authorized Signatories, Ultimate Beneficial Owner information and Directors, Parent Companies and other Related entities, also validating the inputs
• Create and validate links between Clients and Related parties
• Ensure authorization of Pledge and technical accounts opening
• Be responsible for vault management
• Perform all administration activities in accordance with department's procedures
• Contribute actively in the implementation and changes required by the activity, respecting the department rules, assuring quality of work in a risk aware environment
• Share and promote corporate values

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor's in Economics, Finance and Accounting or any related field
• Up to 2 years of experience in Administrative Support
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel
• Great attentiveness to detail
• Great organisational skills with a results driven mindset
