Morgan McKinley, are currently working exclusively with a global spirits and beverage company searching for a Commercial Analyst on a 12 month FTC basis paying 45-50K
Duties will include
Ideally from an FMCG or beverage background and at least at part-qualified level the role will begin mid-December and run until the end of January 2026.

Duties will include
- Prepare and distribute daily sales reports to track key performance metrics and trends.
- Attend weekly value chain meetings with the marketing team, contributing financial analyses to align pricing strategies.
- Share value chain data with the sales team, ensuring consistent pricing and securing necessary approvals from senior stakeholders.
- Manage the mid-month reporting process, including preparing the report and coordinating with the sales team to ensure alignment on volume and accrual percentages.
- Maintain an evaluation tracker for the retail team to assess the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate on projects to streamline accrual management, such as verifying invoices and ensuring data accuracy.
- Oversee month-end recharges from Dublin and post all relevant journals with supporting documentation.
- Prepare and analyse the monthly profit and loss statement, identifying trends and providing insights into financial performance.
- Manage the full profit and loss for one of our smaller brands, including completing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support the forecast and budget processes by consolidating volume forecasts and profit and loss elements.
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team on Excel processes and reporting best practices.
