Responsibilities
- Collect and record Client Due Diligence documentation
- Incorporation of BVI and/or Cayman companies.
- Filing of documents, resolutions for the dissolution of BVI and/or Cayman companies with HTVG or Cayman RA
- Preparation of certificates of incumbency, requests for certificates of good standing, VVirgin report requests
- Assist with the transfer in and out of companies
- Preparation of annual returns for Cayman companies
- Maintenance of NAV database corporate and client details
- Arrangement of documents into and out of safe custody
- Ensure all billing and invoicing undertaken when falls due unless relevant approval obtained.
- Ensure that all billing procedures are followed.
- Sense check reports and invoices before they are distributed and investigate/resolve any issues identified.
- Actively support and work closely with CRT team on transfer of fee collection / billing
- Monitor and ensure that aged debtors/debtors turnover targets are met.
- Identification of areas where cost or efficiency savings can be achieved and actively challenge bureaucracy (quantification of benefits where possible).
- Eliminate unnecessary, duplicate control procedures and documentation and standardise others where possible. Reduce and/or automate reports whenever possible.
- Ensure high quality and accurate service is provided to client servicing teams.
- Review policy exceptions and exercise a risk based and common-sense approach when exercising judgment and obtain exceptional approval when appropriate.
- Ensure to adopt a collaborative approach with TRM's, TFO, CSS and others to complete work and feel empowered to make suggestions and decisions.
- Regular meetings with Team supervisor to ensure timely escalation of operational issues when they arise.
- Regular and open two-way communication with other team members.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Review work/tasks processed by team members accurately and in a timely manner.
