Major Duties:

• Responsible for delivery of middle office services to Wealth Management and Institutional client servicing teams.
• Facilitate activities required to validate documentation, open and setup new accounts, transition assets, implement product solutions and setup global markets. Ensures activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitors the turnaround time on all assigned activity. Communicates with partner groups to ensure tasks and assignments are processed within the established service level standard deadlines.
• Carries out activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
• A College or University degree and/or at least 12 months of relevant proven work experience.
• Expected to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to supervisors/experts.
• Knowledgeable of the core aspects of the job.
• Working towards becoming proficient in all areas of the job.

Knowledge:

• Effective interpersonal skills: solid verbal and written communication, attention to detail (accuracy), ability to multi-task and prioritize work, time management, and organization.
• In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving skills are also required to analyze, resolve exceptions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint strongly preferred.
• General knowledge of the financial service industry and markets.

Experience:

• A College or University degree and/or at least 12 months of relevant proven work experience.
