planning cycle, period and adhoc reporting and presentations as well as strategic initiative assessment.

Job Scope:

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Lead Partnerships Distribution (PD) Annual Business Plan Process
- Work closely with respective PD distribution channels to develop PD Business Plan with key drivers, including strategy and initiatives to deliver the plan.
- Lead and facilitate the business planning process to ensure alignment with the organization Group Strategy's direction.
- Prepare and present PD Business Plan to PD management team.
2) Business Case
- Participate in new initiative/business model development and provide constructive insights and recommendation in the working team.
- Develop financial modelling in Business Case to provide financial evaluation on the new initiative.
- Prepare management papers to obtain approval for new initiatives; follow up with all the approvers and resolve all relevant queries during the process of obtaining approval.
- Conduct post-mortem review for new initiatives.
3) Monthly & Quarterly Management Reporting
- Timely prepare and present Monthly and Quarterly Business Review to PD management team
- Be resourceful; work closely with Group Finance and develop strong engagement with PD stakeholders from time to time to reconcile the financial results with business activities
- Provide financial insights together with key summary of business activities for PD management.
4) Business Initiatives/Projects
- Work closely with PD stakeholders to develop key business drivers for strategic initiatives in delivering Business Plan target.
- Monitor key business metrics; present and highlight the results to PD Management Team on periodic basis.
5) Periodic Management Presentation
- Timely preparation of all the presentation materials, including adhoc presentation materials required by PD management team.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to obtain information in developing presentation materials.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or similar fields
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Business Strategy/Finance preferably in financial services industry (insurance industry will be added advantage).
- Highly numerical and strong analytical skill with business acumen
- Advance Microsoft Office skill especially in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
- Good team player and strong engagement with all layers of stakeholders in the organization
