Responsible to maintain Accounting Policy, Accounting system setup, and the implementation. Managing Financial Audit proces, SOX documentation and process, and managing project related to Finance system and process enhancement.

Accounting Policy & Governance:
  • Create and maintain accounting policy of the Company that is in lines with Indonesian and IFRS accounting standards.
  • Managing the Chart of Account structure, creation, and setup in the Accounting system.
  • Creating accounting specification for a new Product / process, or Enhancement on existing product / process, including supervise the implementation and UAT.
  • Managing Finance Policy and SOP, doing coordination with each SOP's owner in Finance to ensure all SOP are implemented and updated.
  • Managing project of system and process enhancement in Accounting and Finance.

Audit and Compliance:
  • Managing FS Audit process, to ensure delivering audit report on time with clean audit opinion from external auditor and with minimal audit adjustments.
  • Maintaining SOX documentation and to ensure robust processes on documentation and governance.
  • Managing regulatory compliance of existing as well as new regulation and audit from the Regulator.
