Job Description

Are you an experienced Valuations professional within Corporate Finance looking for your next exciting career move? Findex are currently seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Sydney team!

As a Manager/Senior Manager in the Valuations team you will be required to have an ability to deal with a wide array of interesting and challenging engagements, for various purposes and client / industry types and differing levels of complexity.

What will your typical week look like?

• Manage delivery of predominately valuation services for small to medium enterprises to large private companies, small high growth emerging companies and listed public companies
• Opportunity to manage the delivery of other corporate finance services including financial modelling and/or transaction services (due diligence)
• Assist the senior team members in preparing proposals, engagement letters, pitch documents and participating in other business development activities
• Perform desktop industry research, research on comparable companies and precedent transactions

Let's talk about you!

You are someone with.....

• Experience in Corporate Finance primarily in the areas of Valuations
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills and experience in reviewing and/or building financial (three-way) models.
• Strong analytical and critical evaluation skills
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience writing reports
