As Regional General Manager - Health portfolio you have a chance to make a real impact! Through leading a high performing team of specialised Business Bankers within Westpac's Commercial Bank and you will drive a strategic direction, set clear goals and empower the team to best support our customers.
With a strategic lens you'll drive deep and meaningful customer and community relationships, not only giving them a great experience but also leading a service revolution through innovation, productivity and efficiency.
As an inspirational leader, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to coach and mentor our already high performing team of Commercial bankers and take their performance to the next level, driving profitability and market share.

What do I need?
We're looking for a seasoned Commercial banker with experience in sales leadership and coaching. You'll be commercially focussed and risk astute, bringing a good understanding of the financial services market, credit risk and compliance. A natural people-person, your impressive track record in driving business performance and living a customer centric culture will make you a stand out!
You will demonstrate a specialised understanding of the Health and Aged Care market, with an ability to identify new opportunities to continue to grow the business. You'll be a critical thinker, with the ability to translate strategy into action.
